Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed April 10, 2023, Interim Healthcare, Personal Care, and Support Services of Uniontown, was found to have corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite unannounced state re-licensure survey completed January 19, 2023.
